Return Policy

We hand make every arrangement for you when you order it. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.

Please contact us at info@waldenfloralla.com if an order arrives damaged. We want to do whatever we can to help remedy the situation. This qualifies for a return, or replacement. 

Please note: These are real floral products. Every single arrangement is unique. They will match the ingredients and style of the product image listed. In rare cases ingredients are hard to acquire due to nature. In that moment substitutions will occur at the florist's discretion. These substitutions will always be accurate to the design of the image, so although they might look a little different, they will still fit the overall “look and feel” of the product. We do not accept returns on items because of a substitution.

Proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.
